Every United Methodist community is eligible to register for YOUTH 2019. Communities should select one adult leader to be the Primary Contact Person, who will create a registration account and be responsible for the registration, transportation, and rooming for their group. No youth or adult leader can be registered as an individual; they must register and be linked to a Primary Contact Person.

Registration will open Tuesday, July 10, 2018 and close Friday, May 31, 2019.

When registration opens, the Primary Contact Person will register their group—students and adult leaders—for YOUTH 2019. All payments are due in full upon registration. There will be no onsite payments accepted.

There will be no deposits taken, only in full payments.

  • Early Bird – $319 (Available July 2018-January 31, 2019)
  • Regular – $359 (Available February 1, 2019- March 31, 2019)
  • Late – $419 (Available April 1, 2019- May 31, 2019)

Before registering, please make sure all of your students and adult leaders have filled out this Information Form. This form will help you collect personal information and speed up the process of registration.

Once the Primary Contact Person has completed registration they will be prompted to book their group’s hotel using the special link found on the YOUTH 2019 registration page. Hotels are first come, first serve in terms of number of rooms and room type. The earlier you book the better your chance of housing your group in the same hotel and ensuring the type of rooms you desire.


  • Name changes and substitutions are always free and will be accepted up until May 31, 2019.
  • Cancellations made during the Early Bird window (until January 31, 2019) get a full refund minus $99/person.
  • Cancellations made during the Regular window (February 1- March 31, 2019) get a full refund minus $149 per person.
  • No refunds on cancellations starting April 1, 2019.

All cancellations must be confirmed prior to April 1 to receive any refund.
