This workshop will be an interactive workshop that helps us to love ourselves the way that God created us to be. We will explore expectations of society around beauty, strength and worthiness and talk about what it means to be true to ourselves. We will examine the origin of our negative self-talk and learn ways to treat ourselves with more love and self-care. We will touch on physical, spiritual and emotional health and how that affects our relationships with God and others.
