REGISTRATION IS OPEN!!!

Hooray! We know that you are in the heart of your youth ministry summer. Camps, retreats, serving others, volunteering at VBS…It’s a busy time of year, and yet we’re here to help you plan ahead to next summer!

Registration for YOUTH 2019 is open https://youth2019.com/register/

The early bird rate of $319 per person is available all the way until January 31, 2019…that means you have plenty of time to get your group together for the unrestrained awesomeness of YOUTH 2019! $319 is the lowest price that will be available for YOUTH 2019.

What you need to know:

• One adult (The Primary Group Leader) should register on behalf of their church. Our registration office will be in communication with that adult, and rely on that adult to pass on information to their youth.
• When registering, that adult will need the information on this sheet https://youth2019.com/wp-content/uploads/2018/05/YOUTH-2019-Intake-Form.pdffrom all of their group members. Simply print up multiple copies of this form, share it with your youth, and have them return it prior to entering all of that information into our system. It will take some time when you finally sit down, but it is worth it!
• There are event forms required for each participant. Make sure to have these on hand, and saved digitally, when you begin the registration process.
• Registration will not be final until spots are paid in full. No deposits or partial payments are accepted.
• Name changes and substitutions are always free, and accepted up until May 31, 2019. Cancellation information is at https://youth2019.com/register/
• Hotels can be reserved using the YOUTH 2019 PASSKEY. Those rooms are first-come, first-served and totally separate from event registration. Hotel reservations can be made before finalizing YOUTH 2019 reservations as they do not require all group members’ names. https://book.passkey.com/e/49702442

Special Announcements:

• Groups get 1 complimentary registration for every 10 paid registrations. Make sure you get this benefit by having at least 11 people in your group! Have a group of 20? You’ll get 2 free spots, so make your group 22! Partner up and register with other local churches to take advantage of this deal.
• You can opt in to pre-purchase the official YOUTH 2019 Shirt. They are listed at $20, and will be available for pick up on site in Kansas City. The same shirts will be available at the event store, but for $25. So…save yourself $5 and pre-order!
